Hawaii Contractor Bookkeeping was created from firsthand experience running businesses in Hawaiʻi and seeing how quickly bookkeeping gaps can turn into larger financial and compliance problems.
Founder Raina A. has owned and managed multiple businesses, including a Hawaiʻi trade services company, and understands the day-to-day pressure of managing employees, payroll, vendors, customers, receivables, reporting, and compliance while still trying to keep the business moving.
Her experience includes bookkeeping, payroll coordination, certified payroll reporting, prevailing wage documentation, accounts receivable, billing, vendor management, payroll and benefit reconciliations, 1099 tracking, compliance documentation, and supporting payroll and recordkeeping requirements under collective bargaining agreements.
That experience is what led to Hawaii Contractor Bookkeeping. The goal is to give contractors and trades dependable support from someone who understands both the books and the realities of operating a business.
Raina takes a hands-on, detail-focused approach and places a high value on accuracy, communication, discretion, and professionalism. The purpose is not just to keep transactions categorized, but to help business owners stay organized, keep their records current, understand what is happening financially, and reduce the risk of small bookkeeping issues becoming larger problems later.
Every business is different. Tell us a little about your company and the support you need, and we’ll prepare a customized quote based on your size, volume, employees, payroll activity, and bookkeeping needs.
Bookkeeping and administrative support only. Tax preparation, tax advice, audit, attest, and legal services are not provided.
